Refund Policy

EmberBOM provides a fourteen-day, no-card evaluation so a team can check the documented workflow before purchase.

Fourteen-day compatibility refund

A first-time purchaser may request a full refund within fourteen days of payment if a project meeting every published supported-scope requirement cannot complete the documented scan workflow, or if the delivered product materially differs from its published description.

What to include

Send the Paddle transaction number, purchase email, EmberBOM version, operating system, workflow stage, and any displayed structured EmberBOM error code. Do not send source code, project files, filenames, paths, hashes, compile commands, linker maps, logs, screenshots containing project information, SBOMs, reports, review files, or archives.

Effect of a refund

A full refund ends the paid license. The purchaser must stop using and delete paid EmberBOM versions after the refund. Paddle normally returns funds to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider.

Exclusions

This compatibility guarantee does not cover projects outside the published scope, missing required build evidence, unsupported toolchains, customer-specific configuration, consulting, or features that the website clearly states are not included. It does not limit mandatory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital products.

Request path

Use the refund option in the Paddle receipt or contact support@emberbom.com. Paddle may apply mandatory or additional rights under its current buyer and refund terms.
